How many people can use it?
The Free plan allows up to 2 users. On the Basic and Professional plans you choose the number of users and pay per user; you can add users at any time during your billing period. Each user can be given role- and department-based access rights.
What happens after the free trial?
When the 14-day trial ends, the dashboard pauses until you choose a plan; your data is not deleted. Messages arriving via WhatsApp, your website and the phone system are still recorded in the meantime. If you prefer, you can continue on the Free plan with up to 2 users.
What happens if I add users or modules mid-period?
New users or modules are available immediately, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and reducing users take effect at renewal.
Which currency will I pay in?
For customers outside Turkey, prices are set in US dollars or euros and exclude VAT. Your card is charged in the same currency, US dollars or euros; your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
No. You connect your WhatsApp number with your own Meta account, and Meta bills message fees directly to you. Likewise, you use your own SIP line for calls, so call charges are between you and your carrier.
How does support work?
On every plan we provide support via [email protected] and by phone; Enterprise customers get priority handling. Support is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 (Turkey time) in Turkish, English, German and French.
Where is my data stored?
SSL/TLS encryption, regular automatic backups and role-based access control are standard. Your data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service (for example email delivery and AI features). Collobr currently runs on servers in Turkey; an EU hosting option for customers in the EU is in preparation.
